The refurbishment has been carried out with details of both Ionian islands’ Venetian style but also of the local culture.

The villa can sleep a group of 10-16 people or, alternatively, different groups of four.
The messonaites (65sq.m.) are built amidst an olive grove, in two levels and comprise of a bedroom with en-suite bathrooms on the top floor and the living room, kitchen (with appliances) as well as a W.C. with a shower on the ground floor. Both floors have verandas /balconies overlooking the picturesque port of Gaios.
Every villa's messonaite-apartment includes:
Clean sheets-towels-high quality mattress, full ceramic kitchen with all kitchen hardware, a/c, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee, LCD t/v, hairdryer, WIFI Internet, ironing board(if asked) also in the external area there is fully access for handicap people, 4 pergolas, playground, parking, BBQ, sunbeds, 2 wooden decks and Olympic  dimensions pool.

Every apartment can sleep 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children in the living room area (adaptable sofa beds - double bed/two singles). Our maisonettes are all the same with the only difference that only one of them has a double bed whereas the other two come with a king-size bed.
The outside area of the villa gives the opportunity to the guest to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the day (garden, swimming pool, BBQ) or even at night enjoying a drink under the starry sky.
Part of the services provided is everyday cleaning of the villa as well as change of bed linen & towels twice a week. In addition to the above you will also find juice, coffee, honey, fruit etc., as a welcome gesture.
The villa is also available for weddings or any other event you may want to host.
